Birmingham Barbarellas
Barbarella's was a nightclub and music venue located in Birmingham, England. The name of the club was taken from the film "Barbarella."
The building has since closed, but it was a significant location for various music acts during the 1970s and 1980s, including The Clash, Buzzcocks, The Jam, and The Slits.
The Clash also performed at Barbarella's on October 27, 1976, where they changed the lyrics of "I'm So Bored with the USA" to "Birmingham's Burning".
From Wikipedia: Barbarella's was a nightclub and music venue located in Birmingham, England. The name of the club was taken from the film Barbarella. The club opened in 1972 and closed in August 1979.
This club was one of Eddie Fewtrell's clubs.[1] Fewtrell promoted known rock bands at that time, such as AC/DC, Dire Straits, Queen, Sex Pistols and The Clash.
Duran Duran's drummer Roger Taylor played at Barbarella's with punk bands in the 1970s.

Is this this gig?
Loz Donaghy - Saw the Clash at Barbarellas twice, the first gig was called of after 15-20 minutes as the bouncers had let too many people in and it was jam packed. The rearranged gig was a few months later, great live band.
