Poorish - listenable, distant, echoey - 48 minutes - 14 tracks
Audio to follow
Sound quality
Pretty decent quality. It still has that slightly faraway sounding atmosphere that your average audience recording has, and Terry is way too fucking loud in the mix. Nonetheless, a fairly great sounding recording. Just higher the volume up a little if you want to hear better.
Barely any crowd chatter either, as far as it being an audience recording, so that's good. There's a part in GoB and in Spanish Bombs where it sounds a bit like a gun goes off in the distance because of a tape faulty. Recommended track: Mag 7
Addendum: I Fought the Law skips at one point.

T-Bone Burnett came on before
The Clash at the Seattle Kingdom on the 21st of Oct 82. They played about 40 minutes. T-Bone Burnett came on before and was booed.
The Who set was shown on the Kingdome Jumbotron
Finally! I have been looking for this for a long time. I was at this show. I remember clearly not being able to hear Paul's bass come in on London Calling. The Who set was shown on the Kingdome Jumbotron and is out on DVD - I keep hoping the Clash set will show up... I can't remember if the Clash set was on the Jumbotron or not.
Joe gave me his Straight to hell t shirt after the show. Awesome man he was.
I was at this show. 2 things i remember about it.
1. The Clash cut their set short because T bone Burnett kept playing on and on and on....
2.Into the first or second song, Kosmo was down below giving major grief to the guys filming the show.I have no idea whether they kept filming or what. He did like to make a kerfuffle out of nothing that bloke.
2a. The Who were boring.
2b. Joe gave me his Straight to Hell t shirt after the show. Awesome man he was.
2c.It was a long time ago.
The Clash blew the Who out of the water
robbennie - Drove down from Vancouver for the show with my wife. The water pump blew in my car, drove from ditch to ditch refilling the radiator until I could get to a parts store, buy a new water pump and put it in by the side of the road. then made it to the concert just in time.
The Clash blew the Who out of the water and I am a huge Who fan. The Kingdome was just an awful venue, so large we spent more time watching the bands on the monitors because the stage was so far away.
I swore I would never go back and didn't, focusing more on seeing bands in decent venues before they made it huge than in seeing them in arenas if possible. Good move!
