Pressure Drop

A below average sound on this recording. Dampened by excessive noise, the bass, lead drums and vocals all come through in a decent mix, clearish, but distant. The poor sound is compounded by speed problems. I Fough the Law cuts at 1.42. 15th Brigade has edit for tape turnover.
Any chance of an upgrade here?
